Cabana Banana is located close to the beach, many great restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. We can't forget the many shops and outlet mall which are all close. We loved our stay in this area and will definitely return. You can visit the neighboring beach towns on either bike or golf cart, both included with your stay. The starter pack and all the beach accessories were much appreciated and all used. Donna was very responsive with any question we had and the property was extremely clean and well kept. GREAT EXPERIENCE and many memories were made.

The home is gorgeous and feels so comfortable. It has everything you need and more. If you want groceries, to go eat or just enjoy the beach it’s all steps away OR an extremely brief golf cart ride away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everyone was so kind. Perfect, safe neighborhood for kids to play in and ride bikes. Highly recommend!! We will be back.

We had 3 adults and 3 children (ages 7, 5, 3) This was very close to the beach. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very nice community pool.Amenities were wonderful. Having the 6 person golf cart was perfect. The beds were comfortable and we felt like this was home for the week! We would stay here again!

Pretty new & well furnished condo within walking distance to the beach as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Donna (contact agent) was very friendly & professional. The unit included a gold cart which is a major bonus. Plus, the beach chairs beach umbrella, & rolling cart in the garage are all nice amenities.

The house was above my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. The beach supplies had everything and then some.

We had a good experience overall. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this location.

There were two issues. When we arrived we were unable to get into the house using the code. After many unsuccessful attempts we called and were told to push or pull the the door so the lock could disengage. This worked but it would have saved us 30 minutes on a hot front porch had we been given this information earlier.
The upstairs was pretty warm the first night. We turned the thermostat down and it was much better the next morning and from then on.

This is where we come back to every year for our family vacation, the area feels like home to us! We love the pool and easy beach access and the convenience of everything around in the area. Just left and ready to return!

We love gulf place, we stay at the same condo every year. Donna and her team always take such good care of us! We will return next year and look forward to vacation at its finest next year!

We love Gulf Place, we love the townhomes! Plenty of room, nice kitchens, comfortable beds! Gulf Place is the perfect setup, walking distance from the beach, but beautiful pools if windy red flag days. We had no issues, everything was as expected. Looking forward to Spring Break number 24 next year!

This was the BEST stay I’ve had thus far in Gulf Place. I’ve been vacationing for over 6 years in Santa Rosa Beach at Gulf Place & this townhome was as listed, simply perfect in every way, situated just steps to the private beach access along a luscious little trail (literally less than a 3 minute walk) to the access & glorious emerald blue-green water! Don’t wait....book it TODAY!

Walkabout 30A was the perfect rental for our family's spring break! 5 minute walk to the beach and steps from one of three pools! The townhome was exactly as described on the website and super clean! We had no problems while there so never had to reach out to management. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Our favorite was Shunk Gulley, Chef 30A and Stinky's Fish Camp (a little further of a walk but great when it's perfect weather)! We also loved ending our evening at Pecan Jack's for the best ice cream! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful piece of paradise!

Excellent in every way!!

Great location! The private beach entrance is super close maybe 5- tops 6 minutes away. The pool is a 2 minute walk right out the back door. The host was awesome. The only issues we had was after we checked in at 6pm and loaded the fridge with our groceries. By 9pm we realized the fridge wasn’t working. I messaged the host at 9pm & literally within an hour Gary quickly came over with two coolers loaded with ice and had a brand new fridge delivered from Lowe’s by 11am the next day. That right there is customer service! The only thing that went wrong was resolved within 24 hours. Loved the location the close by shops and eateries. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful town home in an amazing Gulf Place complex. We had everything we needed for a week’s vacation at the beach. The convenience of all the amenities such as pools, tennis courts, walking trails, beach and community yard games (corn hole and shuffleboard) were a plus! I hope to return again in the near future.

This place was great! It seemed bigger in person then the pictures online. Loved having two parking spots right outside the front door. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were big. Loved that this place was away from all the crowds and noise. From the front door to the sand was about a five minute walk. Donna provided us with all the info we needed very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great townhome! Beautifully decorated and great kitchen. Loved all three outdoor spaces. And the rooms were so quiet. Couldn’t hear noise from outside or any other part of the house in the bedrooms! Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay there again!!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. (Only missing a blender)Great space for the 6 of us. The proximity to the tennis courts, one of the pools and shuffle board/corn hole activities was only steps away. The beach was just a short walk too. We contacted the maintenance via text upon arrival with a few questions and received very prompt responses. Great location and easy drive east/west to see the other parts of the coast line too.

The Forget Me Knot unit is beautifully appointed, clean and a it was a very relaxing place during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the daily walk. Thank you for hosting us and helping us build unforgettable memories.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and in a great location. It was close to the beach but also on a quiet street. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of space. We didn't need to buy any beach gear - it came with chairs, beach wagons, pool towels, and toys. The golf cart was a nice amenity as well. We had a minor issue maintenance issue at check-in and management took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was very clean and in a great location. The house had everything we needed for 9 people, including plenty of good quality beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc). The short walk to the beach was the perfect distance. Donna was extremely helpful and very quick to respond every single time. We would definitely stay again!

This house was wonderful for our large group. We had 12 with us - 6 kids, 6 adults - and we all stayed comfortably. The house was really nice, spotless, and everyone enjoyed the pool. The hosts were extremely responsive. We had a few bike flats and they replaced the bikes for us within a day. As stated, the house is within walking distance of the public beach access point and you can also rent the available golf cart which was great for grocery store trips and going to Seaside, etc. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and more, all there for you to use. I would highly recommend this house! It was a wonderful experience all around!

We had a great stay! The location was extremely convenient. The house was spacious. We loved the pool and speakers on the back patio. The included bikes were also a nice touch. We only wish there would have been full length mirrors.

Such a great house! Two families with a boys bunk room and a girls bunk room worked perfectly! Right in the middle of and not far from Sea Side, Rosemary, Water Color— we hit it all! I think it had a quieter beach access— we had no trouble finding parking everyday. It was great when we weren’t at the beach to be at our private pool. Very responsive and kind management company!
