LOCATION – LOCATION – LOCATION / BEACHFRONT These are the current photos of this unit after its newly renovation in 2024 / 2025! The unit has all new updated features throughout. The property accommodates eight guests. Parking offers, 2 slots, one in the garage and one in the parking lot. Please note: There’s no parking for RVs, Trailers or Golf Carts NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period. *** Spring Break (March / April) *** For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges. ** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack ** We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, sleep mask, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities. **Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets. **IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL** All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.

The location is one of the best beach spots in Destin and we have been going to Destin for years. This unit was updated, very clean and staff responsive. Our ice maker went out and was replaced timely. Our family plans to return next summer. I am particular so I would like to see new stainless flatware. Look forward to to future visits.

We loved this townhouse. The location was close to the restaurants and the view of the ocean was a dream. They provide all the comfort's of home and more. It's newly renovated but some of the work needs to be touched up!and completed. I loved having a garage for my car. Would recommend this property.

This unit is absolutely beautiful with so many views of the ocean. It also has like it’s own private beach access with it being located by the walk way. My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days last week and it was wonderful!! We can’t say enough about this unit! It was clean to perfection and we are picky! It provided all the amenities that we could have needed! The screened in porch was fantastic and we loved having chairs on the beach ready each day! The unit has been so tastefully remodeled!! We would definitely love to stay here again!!

My family and I had a great time at this rental. We stayed in apartment 202 and our family friend stayed in 201. We both loved our apartments because they were so clean, we had all we needed and just by the beach. We loved the fact that the apartment had a private area on the beach and we didn’t have to struggle for sitting area or an over crowded beach. It’s our second visit to Destin and that made our trip stress free and relaxing. We will definitely be back and certainly recommending.

We have stayed in this condo several times along with 24 of our friends in the same complex. The renovations they have made are absolutely awesome!! Love the location and private beach now with beach service that was included with an umbrella and 2 beach chairs ready when you go to the beach...&plus the complex furnishes beach towels!!The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and very comfortable beds and bedding. I love having coffee in the mornings on the screened in porch looking out at the ocean. Open the side door and walk out onto the white sandy beach. This is the only place our group stays when in Destin! Be back next year!

We loved our stay at the "FantaSea" beach rental. We had a great view of the beach and water from our unit, and it was easy walking to restaurants and swimming pools. The management was very kind and helpful, and available even when our internet went down late at night (problem in the area, not the rental unit). We would stay there again given the opportunity!

Overall the stay was fantastic. I’ve become used to lack of service in the short term rental market and they did. Not disappoint. A bottle of wine and bag of snacks was a great touch. The place was clean and plenty of towels etc. highly recommend.

Only complaint was when I booked I was never charged and had the whole trip total hit only a few weeks before. Sounds like an error in processing but wanted to make note.

This condo unit was neat and clean. The furnishings are welcoming and create a cozy atmosphere. The host has thought of every detail. Four adults and 2 kids stayed quite comfortably. The unit is conveniently located to the beach. It is just a short walk. The neighborhood is quiet. I would stay here again.

Overall the stay was fantastic. I’ve become used to lack of service in the short term rental market and they did. Not disappoint. A bottle of wine and bag of snacks was a great touch. The place was clean and plenty of towels etc. highly recommend.

Only complaint was when I booked I was never charged and had the whole trip total hit only a few weeks before. Sounds like an error in processing but wanted to make note.

This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, is very clean, and near the beach. We loved that we were so close to several restaurants and stores. The pool is fun and relaxing, and well kept. Very family friendly. Highly recommend.

We loved this condo! Exactly as pictured. They provided plenty of towels and trash bags for our stay which seems small but is huge! Only thing we had a complaint about was the lack of window coverings on the French doors. It is in a busy location and felt like everyone was watching us at night! Other than that we love it and would stay again.

Wonderful experience! Location was great close to everything and right across street from beach access. Condo had everything we needed and included beach chairs which was a nice touch. Very cute and nicely decorated. Only suggestions - Bed seemed small, closet doors needed repair, would be nice to have a small cooler included. Mgmt was helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

A perfect bungalow for a couple getting away for the week. Great restaurants, bars, icecream, and the beach just walking distance from the unit. The ability to text the property management was really helpful when we had questions and they responded very promptly.

This property is nice and the location to the public beach is just across the street. The Decor in this unit is very nice and the view is stunning. I would definitively rent this unit again, because I love dealing with Vacation At Its Finest, the property host. They were wonderful!

Amazing property and location. The beach access was terrific and very private. It was our best trip yet and we were even able to stay an extra night. Everything was great. The property manager was simply the best. We highly recommend!

We had 3 families. Each family had a story. Loved that all the adults had a king sized bed! TVs in each bedroom which was nice for the kids. Very clean and organized. Even had beach umbrella s and chairs which saved us some money! The golf cart was fun and essential! Pool was a bonus!

Our stay at Ash in the Sand was nothing less than perfect! The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well equipped. The extra amenities such as a 6 passenger golf cart, ping pong table, foosball and cruiser bikes just add to the fun! The beds are quite comfortable, the location is ideal...10 minute walk, less than 5 min ride in the golf cart. Very close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property manager at Vacation at It's Finest is very friendly, responsive and so accommodating- genuinely concerned with wanting to make our stay the best it could be. And that it was...have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this one was hands down, the BEST!!!

The home was so beautiful and clean! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. There are a lot of steps but there is one bedroom of the main for elderly family members. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach so very convenient. The team was very response to all questions. We definitely want to come back!

We recently stayed with Vacation at its Finest at a vacation rental property in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida in May, 2024 for 7 nights. My husband, our daughter's family of 5 and my son's family of 3. Five children ages 9 mos, 2.5 yrs, 7, 9 and 11. The kids loved having their own private paradise including pool, gulf cart, pingpong table, foosball and corn hole. The property management staff was the best I've worked with since we started taking our family vacations to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and 30A Florida for the last 9 years. Donna and her team were very attentive, quick to respond, knowledgable and friendly.
The location was the best and everything was within walking distance (beach, coffee, food).

Vacation At Its Finest presents “Ash in the Sand,” a stunning 3300 sq. ft. three-story vacation home perfect for large groups. With six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces, this home is designed for family fun, featuring an outdoor entertainment area with a heated pool, Smart TVs, a Ping Pong table, a Foosball table, gas grill, six bikes, and a six-seat golf cart. Bedroom 1: King w/en suite Bedroom 2: King w/en suite Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom 4: Two Double Beds Bedroom 5: King Bedroom 6: Queen Upon entering “Ash in the Sand”, guests will find a large open floor plan with beautiful coastal décor throughout. The custom kitchen offers a gorgeous waterfall breakfast bar with seating for five, tons of cabinets and counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, all necessary cooking appliances and dining room seating for eight guests. Additionally, you will find your first-floor living space with an oversized sectional and seating. As you make your way through the great room, you will find the primary master bedroom, with a stunning bathroom offering double sinks and your own private entrance to the outside lounge area and pool. Also, a washer and dryer are found on the first floor. The main floor is extended to the outside patio and pool area boasting tons of seating, two pool loungers, a 50” smart TV, gas grill, bar table, outdoor shower, and plenty of nighttime lighting to enjoy your evening under the stars. NOTE: There is an additional fee for the pool to be heated. The second floor includes an additional living space and three bedrooms, one of which is a second master suite featuring a private balcony. There is also a shared bathroom on this level. The third floor has a wet bar and two more bedrooms, each with its own private entrance, to the front balcony. The 3rd floor has a cool beachy vibe with great seating, a foosball table, a 65’ smart TV, a stunning wet bar area for entertaining, and the entrance to the upper balcony with both highchair seating and sofa seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall brings two more bedrooms, a king and a queen bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Beach access is just down the street at Gulf View Heights Beach Access, one of the most coveted beach access points on 30A, with restrooms and lifeguards (in season from 10 am - 6 pm) and that has both car and golf cart parking! NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period. *** Spring Break (March / April) *** For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges ** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack ** We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities. **Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan that covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets. **IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL** All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification. This property includes a golf cart; guests must also sign a Golf Cart Addendum. The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21, and a valid driver’s license is required. No exceptions.

The house is beautiful and very conveniently located close to several beach access , restaurants and shops. The pool and outdoor patio area is private and great for family. Our 9 year old loved the heated pool. inside the home is beautifully decorated and the home design gives everyone privacy and their own space. The top floor has a great living area and a big balcony overlooking the pool. This was my favorite place in the house. To relax and catch the cool breeze. Having a golf cart provided was an added bonus and made for more fun experiences. Don't hesitate on getting this place if you are lucky to find it available. Donna and her team are very friendly and helpful. You won't regret it. We will come back!

Great house with multiple levels that gives each guest space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The private pool & backyard was great to have! Short walk to the beach and in close proximity to some nice restaurants. The customer service was great and quick to reply to any questions. Easy check in and check out.
