Vacation At Its Finest presents **Tide the Knot**, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home in **Seagrove Beach on 30A**, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
Enjoy everything that makes 30A special—from the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters to charming restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures. At Tide the Knot, you're just a **short walk from the beach** and close to everything Seagrove has to offer.
Spend your days relaxing in your **private heated pool**, soaking up the sun from the wrap-around porches, grilling outdoors, or enjoying beautiful **Gulf views from the third-floor tower and private balcony**.

** FIRST FLOOR **
Step inside Tide the Knot and you'll immediately feel the bright, relaxed beach-house atmosphere.
The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful **Café appliances**, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining table comfortably seats six.
Also located on the first floor is a spacious guest bedroom featuring **two sets of bunk beds—one Full/Full and one Twin/Twin**. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, and this bedroom provides easy access to the pool area.
** SECOND FLOOR **
The second floor features two additional bedrooms and bathrooms.
The primary suite offers a comfortable king bed, private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony overlooking the pool.
The third bedroom features a queen bed, private full bathroom, and its own front-facing balcony.
** THIRD-FLOOR TOWER **
Head upstairs to the third-floor tower and you'll find the fourth bedroom, featuring **two sets of custom-built Twin/Twin bunk beds**.
Step outside onto the private balcony and take in the beautiful **Gulf views**—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

The outdoor space is designed for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Relax around your private in-ground pool, gather with family and friends, or enjoy the wrap-around porch and outdoor areas.
**Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day.**

You'll also find plenty of boutiques and shops within approximately 10 minutes in either direction along 30A, while the Destin outlet malls are about a 30-minute drive away.
** BACHELOR / BACHELORETTE PARTIES **
A **$500 refundable security deposit** is required for all bachelor and bachelorette parties prior to arrival.
If all check-in and check-out instructions and house rules are followed and there are no damages, the deposit will be refunded to the primary guest.
**No exceptions.**
** VACATION AT ITS FINEST STARTER PACK **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities to help make arrival a little easier.
Your starter pack includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets.
Once the initial starter supply has been used, guests are responsible for providing any additional amenities needed for the remainder of their stay.
** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **
Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan providing coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to **$3,000**.
All incidents must be reported immediately. Coverage does not apply to intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damage caused by pets.
** IMPORTANT – BEFORE ARRIVAL **
All guests must complete a **Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation At Its Finest** and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.
Because this property includes a golf cart, guests must also complete a **Golf Cart Addendum** before arrival.
The minimum age to operate the golf cart is **21 years old**, and all drivers must possess a valid driver's license. **No exceptions.**

This was the perfect rental for my family. It cane with everything we needed, no renting items we needed. It came with golf cart, crib, high chair, lots of chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys, etc... some of the beach chairs coukd be replaced (rusty/broken)1/2 block from the beach. Beautiful home with pool. Very clean!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and in a great location. It was close to the beach but also on a quiet street. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of space. We didn't need to buy any beach gear - it came with chairs, beach wagons, pool towels, and toys. The golf cart was a nice amenity as well. We had a minor issue maintenance issue at check-in and management took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was very clean and in a great location. The house had everything we needed for 9 people, including plenty of good quality beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc). This house was wonderful for our large group. We had 12 with us - 6 kids, 6 adults - and we all stayed comfortably. The house was really nice, spotless, and everyone enjoyed the pool. The hosts were extremely responsive. We had a few bike flats and they replaced the bikes for us within a day. As stated, the house is within walking distance of the public beach access point and you can also rent the available golf cart which was great for grocery store trips and going to Seaside, etc. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and more, all there for you to use. I would highly recommend this house! It was a wonderful experience all around!

A wonderful place to stay! The house is a short walk to the beach access and is centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. The place was beautifully decorated and had a great pool area for hanging out. We especially loved having the bikes to get to and from along 30A. A perfect place for our girls getaway trip!

Such a great house! Two families with a boys bunk room and a girls bunk room worked perfectly! Right in the middle of and not far from Sea Side, Rosemary, Water Color— we hit it all! I think it had a quieter beach access— we had no trouble finding parking everyday. It was great when we weren’t at the beach to be at our private pool. Very responsive and kind management company!
