PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

The private resort-style pool is the centerpiece of the backyard, featuring cascading waterfalls and plenty of space to relax between beach days.

Enjoy outdoor meals, lounge in the chaise chairs, fire up the gas grill, or simply settle in and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Two covered porches provide additional outdoor spaces for relaxing and enjoying the coastal setting.

Pool heating is available seasonally for $50 per night.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor offers four additional bedrooms, including three king suites with private en suite bathrooms and a dedicated bunk room.

The bunk room features two full-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles, providing comfortable sleeping space for up to six guests and a fun retreat for kids.

A dedicated kids' playroom provides another space for younger guests to relax and enjoy time away from the main living areas.

DEEDED PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS

One of Salty Shores' standout features is its deeded private beach access. Just a short walk from the home, guests can enjoy the beautiful white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

Emerald Waters Village is a gated community with two community pools and a convenient Miramar Beach location near restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions.

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT **
The primary renter must be **at least 25 years old** and must remain at the property for the entire rental period.

** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March or April, **one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**

Violations of this policy will result in **immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.**

We want your vacation to begin as soon as you arrive, so every stay includes a **complimentary starter pack of essential amenities.**

** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **
Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan providing coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000.

All incidents must be reported immediately.

Coverage does not apply to **intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.**

Before arrival, all guests must complete a **Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation At Its Finest** and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.
