Inside, the bright and open living area provides plenty of room for family and friends to relax and reconnect. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island with seating for five, making it perfect for everything from morning coffee to family dinners.

The first floor features a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed and access to the shared bathroom. Step outside to the back porch, where you'll find outdoor seating and a propane grill—perfect for an evening cookout after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, private ensuite bathroom, and walk-in shower. A convenient coffee station with a Keurig is located on the second-floor landing.

The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony, and backyard views. The third guest bedroom features a full-over-twin bunk bed and access to a large balcony—making it a favorite spot for younger guests.

Lucky Snapper is located in the Old Blue Mountain Beach community, tucked between Big Redfish Lake and the Gulf of Mexico.

You'll be within easy reach of Redfish Village, offering shops, restaurants, bike and surf rentals, and other conveniences. And don't miss a walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for one of their famous homemade scoops.

With its beautiful beaches, coastal dune lakes, scenic bike paths, and laid-back atmosphere, Blue Mountain Beach is one of the most desirable locations along 30A.

From Lucky Snapper, you're perfectly positioned to explore everything 30A has to offer. Gulf Place Town Center is approximately 2 miles west, while Grayton Beach, WaterColor, and Seaside are all just a short drive east.

Enjoy miles of scenic bike paths, world-class beaches, shopping, dining, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, golfing, hiking, and more.

Sea Turtle Reef
Snorkelers will love **Sea Turtle Reef**, an artificial reef located just offshore from Grayton Beach State Park. The reef sits approximately 12–19 feet below the surface and has become a popular habitat for marine life.

Sea conditions can change quickly, so a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device is strongly recommended when visiting the reef.

** IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL **

All guests must sign a **Guest Rental Agreement** directly with Vacation At Its Finest and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.

Minimum age requirement is 25. The primary renter must be present and stay at the property for the entire rental period. No exceptions.

** PARKING **
Maximum of 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).
Additional neighborhood parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated areas.

** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March and April, **at least one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and stay at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**

Proof of age is required for all guests. Properties are subject to inspection upon arrival to ensure compliance with occupancy and rental requirements.

Violations of these requirements may result in **immediate eviction without refund or forfeiture of booking charges.**

** VACATION AT ITS FINEST COMPLIMENTARY STARTER SUPPLIES **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter supply of essential amenities, including:

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets.

Once the initial starter supplies have been used, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed during their stay.

** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **
Your reservation includes a **non-refundable accidental damage protection plan**, included in the reservation price. The plan provides coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to **$3,000**, subject to the plan's terms and conditions.

All damage or incidents must be reported to Vacation At Its Finest immediately.

The plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
